You registration includes the Frosty design tech shirt in gender specific sizes or youth. Or you can select "No Shirt" and save $5


All finishing registrants will receive the exciting new design, full custom Frosty 5K finisher's medal custom.


Awards for Overall, Masters Grandmasters, Sr Grandmasters, Veteran Grandmasters (70+) and the Sr. Veteran Grandmasters (80+) categories with awards 3-deep in 5-year age groups and more "generous age groupings for the young runners

Registration Options:

  • Frosty 5K limited to 650 this year.  
  • Runners and Walkers of all levels are welcome.   
  • Shirt Deadline Nov 29th.  If you register after Nov 29th, we will try our best to ensure you get the size you selected but your shirt size may not be available.
  • Race fees are non-refundable.  
  • Timely transfers to the Virtual Frosty 5K or transfers to another individual initiated no later than 10 days prior to the event are allowed for any reason.  No transfer fee to transfer your registration to another.  Transfer to the Virtual Frost 5K may incur a fee to ship your race swag.  Log in to your RunSignUp profile to do the transfer on your own or notify the race director karen@activesuncoast.com via email and be sure to receive confirmation.   
  • Frosty 5K is a rain-or-shine event; however, the event organizers reserve the right to cancel the event due to severe, inclement weather; emergency; natural disaster, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond the organizers' control.  In the event of cancellation due factors beyond the organizers' control, participants will be given the option to transfer to the Virtual Frosty 5K or to receive a partial refund of their registration fees.
  • Leashed, well mannered pets are allowed at Twin Lakes Park.
